After just two nights, we left. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the mattresses should have been replaced years ago. The furniture was awful and all needs replacing. The place is uninhabitable: there’s an overwhelming musty smell from damp walls, which I could barely cover with three electric air fresheners. The whitewash is peeling, the bathroom is disgusting and covered in mold, and the shower floor is slippery from not being cleaned. The towels are gray and so worn out we didn’t want to use them, and the bedding didn’t look clean, as if it hadn’t been washed. The microwave cord is broken and dangerous. It could be unsafe for children and people with respiratory problems. Liliana, please improve the apartment. Local councils are going to start inspecting all vacation rentals, and this place is in such a condition that it should be closed.

The views and location are magnificent, and the owner gave us a wonderful welcome. You can tell she does her job with real passion. We’d be delighted to come back.

We rented three apartments for four nights, and there were problems throughout. The walls were dirty, the electrical outlets were very old and had dust built up inside them, and the facilities were generally quite dirty. The pool was filthy, and trash was left outside in the parking area and kept piling up because it wasn’t collected daily. The apartments weren’t very clean to begin with, to say the least. Hot water only worked in the first apartment where someone showered, while the others had none at all. For the price, the place could be much more presentable. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed some lovely days by the pool, with clear water and beautiful views. The facilities aren’t completely modern, but they’re perfectly fine. Hot water was reliable at any time of day and had good pressure, and we could use the hairdryer without worrying about a power cut. There’s no oven, but the microwave does the job just as well. For us, it’s one of the best apartments in La Palma. We’ll definitely be back, 100% recommended!
