The owners and neighbors made us feel like family, and the service was excellent. It’s a charming place that really feels like paradise, with comfort in every way. Tall guests can relax, there’s no need to duck in the shower 😉. Definitely worth a visit.

Alejandra gave us such a warm welcome and shared great tips about things to do and see nearby. The porch has a stunning view, and the apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a few days in inland Asturias. The price was reasonable too. I’d absolutely recommend it for a few days in the north.

The drive is the one drawback: it’s about 20 km on a winding road to reach the house. Still, the peace and quiet are worth it. There’s also a river you can swim in, though Trevias, the nearest village for shopping and other essentials, is about 10 km away. Inside, everything was spotless, like new, and very carefully maintained. Alejandra and Miguel were incredibly helpful and had great suggestions for places to see. One of the best rural houses I’ve stayed in.

The Paredes Valley is beautiful, and the Hoces del Esva trail is spectacular. We spent a few days there in August with my family, and it was a perfect stay. The rooms are huge, the accommodations have everything you might need, and every detail feels carefully thought through. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and we felt right at home. Absolutely unbeatable, highly recommended!
