We spent two nights here in mid October and felt right at home. Alberto was incredibly welcoming and helpful, with tips on things to do and places to eat. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and breakfast was generous and delicious. It was served in a bright, airy annex overlooking the garden. The restored "casa de indiano" is beautiful.

The rooms are large and very clean, and the owner is super nice. She picked lemons from her garden and made us lemonade. Definitely a must stay on the Camino. Pro tip: head to the little church at the end of the cliff, Ermita de La Regalina Cadavedo. It’s magnificent, with insane views.

My expectations were more than exceeded. It’s a beautiful old hotel, with fabulous rooms and gardens, and everyone I met who worked there was delightful.

There’s a nice setting, and the staff were helpful. For anyone walking the Camino, the hotel is right on the route. My room was large and well kept, with separate sleeping, bathroom, and sitting areas, and the bed was comfortable.

The owners went above and beyond to fit me and my mother in, even though we arrived a day before our reservation. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds are lovely too. It’s a beautiful hotel in one of the most picturesque towns on the Camino del Norte. I’d highly recommend it.
