Hotel Ceao

Dinner was the real letdown. My ham and cheese sandwich took roughly 20 minutes to arrive after I'd already waited about 10 minutes to be served. It came out greasy and untoasted, apparently warmed on a cold griddle and then finished in the microwave. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than attending to customers. Lunch was just passable, and the service was very slow then too. The bar has two sections, with the hotel side being the more exclusive, and there were two appetizers.

The woman working mornings in the cafeteria is warm, charismatic, and really good with customers. They could use more people like her. Best regards.

They've read the comment and improved a lot, so thanks to the restaurant and its workers for that. My criticism is about the restaurant. This was my third week coming here this year. I'm celiac and have to be careful about what I eat, but they don't seem to know what gluten is, and even when I explain, they don't help me. It's shameful that there's not even a little concern for diners' health when this is an illness, not a whim. I hope they improve. Showing the bare minimum of concern shouldn't be so hard.

The food was really disappointing, especially the fries. Something that simple came frozen and was awful quality. The staff, though, were great.
