Hotel Sercotel EsteOeste

We stayed during a local festival and could watch performers from our room window. The staff were consistently helpful, and the free afternoon snacks were a nice touch. The hotel is right in the center of everything in Lugo.

After a long walk, this was a lovely place to unwind. The rooms are roomy and quiet, everything was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. It's well placed for Lugo's main sights, restaurants, and supermarkets, and would also be a good starting point for the Camino.

Reception staff were really nice and helpful, and this is a great base for visiting central Lugo. We used the nearby public car park, Anxel Fole, about 100-150 m away. The hotel's arrangement makes it convenient, though the price is only a little below the public rate. Our superior room faced the square and was really good; I suspect the standard rooms may not have such a nice view. We skipped breakfast because it seemed too expensive and there are other options outside. Coffee and similar drinks with cookies are offered during the day, which is a nice extra.

Really comfortable beds and pillows, a great shower, fluffy towels, and plenty of sockets, including USB charging by the bed. The room also had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The modern hotel is very good quality for the price, especially with its central location and helpful, friendly staff. The automated windows and blinds gave us a good blackout and kept things quiet; the air conditioning and lifts were quiet too. Coffee and snacks are available free all day. Can't fault it, and I'd absolutely stay again.
