It was a pleasant stay, and I thought the price was good for what you get. A few guests were rude and made noise after 10 pm, and some people left the bathroom and kitchen in a gross state, including not flushing after dirtying the toilet with urine. Aside from that, I have no complaints. If I’m back in Madrid someday, I’d happily stay here again. Thank you very much.

A complete nightmare. The place was really dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the kitchen smelled awful. The showers were broken and seemed like they could fall on your head at any moment. The room was sauna-hot, with no fan or AC. I asked for a fan and nobody cared, and there weren’t even any glasses in the kitchen. The whole place had a bad atmosphere, like you weren’t welcome. I ended up buying a fan and still couldn’t sleep. Please don’t book this place.

Manuel, the owner, was very welcoming, and we had a really enjoyable stay even though he doesn’t speak English. We booked at the last minute for the Rocket League Championship Series at the Palacio Vistalegre, and the Metro was close enough for us to get there on time each day. The rooms are spacious and airy, with window shutters for extra peace of mind. The facilities are what you’d expect from an Airbnb. I hope we can stay again on our next visit to Madrid. Some of the comments here don’t match my experience. Thank you 😊

They canceled my reservation at the last minute, right on the check-in date, even though it had been paid for. I then lost a lot of money booking a much more expensive place at short notice. I’m going to make complaints through all the proper channels. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. A business like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
