The good parts were the low price, the clean common areas, and being near arturia Sora metro station. It's about 40 minutes to the town center. But the rooms are much smaller than advertised, with no fridge, A/C, or heater, though I didn't need a heater. Keyless entry sounds handy until you have to use your phone to get back into the room every time you use the toilet. The toilets are communal, so sometimes you have to wait for others to finish before you can brush your teeth. I was woken every night by loud guests yelling at all hours, sometimes until 4 am, and people smoking in their rooms. There are gaps under the doors, so noise and fumes get in. You might also pay extra for room cleaning, more towels, early check-in, or staying past 12pm. If you're a light sleeper, avoid it. I brought noise-cancelling headphones, but they didn't help with the smells or people slamming doors so hard the walls vibrated.

There were ticks in our room, and the door system was badly designed. You need to open both the hotel and room doors from a link sent by email. We were staying there during the blackout and couldn't get in. When we finally reached the staff, they refused to come open the place for us. If the power and internet hadn't come back, we would've had to spend the night on the street. I don't recommend staying here.

The email buttons for the doors were handy, and I liked the idea of a hotel without reception. I also enjoyed the water dispenser. The price was good, though I wouldn't expect much from the property. The system could use some polishing, and it was disappointing that there weren't proper kitchen utensils. The main issue was having no way to reach the owners in an emergency. My friend got locked out of her room and spent 30 minutes waving at cameras, knocking on doors, and trying to alert the property, but no one helped. A staff member who visited one day spoke almost no English, which was unacceptable given that not all guests are local. There also weren't enough outlets. We had to choose between charging a phone and running the fan, or having the bedside lamp on. In one room the broken bedframe needed replacing. A painting above our bed fell one evening. Luckily we were awake and nobody was hurt.

If your phone has no charge or service, getting in is a nightmare. There’s no customer service and nobody to talk to or call. The room is like a walk-in closet with a bed, and one bathroom is shared with five other rooms. Still, for a single night, it isn't that bad.
