The apartment was nice and clean, but there were several surprises. It was on the fourth floor with no elevator, something the listing hadn't mentioned. The included continental breakfast was just a basket of whatever they thought was needed. We were traveling with kids and there was no hot chocolate or sugar; when we contacted them, they ignored us. Also, check the final charge carefully. Booking.com showed €98 for our one night, but we ended up paying €202 because of items disclosed in the small print. We've used Booking.com for years and had always paid the amount shown before booking. Once this reservation was made, we couldn't cancel it.
