The room was on the small side, but I barely minded because the staff were the best part of my stay. They were warm and professional, helped me feel welcome, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. That made a real difference. I’d come back just for the way they treat guests.

There’s a good radio station playing 80s music, but the programs were all in Spanish, with no English option. My room was a little small, though the bathroom was big. The location is handy for the Metro, nearby restaurants, groceries, and lots of cafes. I’d recommend staying here.

The location was nice, and Claudia and Victor at the bar in the evening were lovely. Breakfast guy, though, was downright surly 😠. I didn’t get the customer service or recognition I normally receive as a loyal Marriott Titanium member. The room was small, with nowhere for luggage and no racks, even though I asked. It was hot as a sauna. The front desk guy told me to open the window, which meant hearing garbage pickup at 4 in the morning. Not my favorite.

The area was okay, and I went for a Real Madrid match, so the hotel worked for me. In my opinion, though, it’s an entry-level four-star place and overpriced. The staff were nice, but the experience felt more self-service. Rooms are a bit small, although they do have espresso machines.
