The apartment was spacious, spotless, and felt almost new. Even the appliances in the fully equipped kitchen were good quality, and there was a second bathroom in the bedroom, which you don't often find in Madrid. The location made getting around easy: Plaza del Sol and Mayor, La Latina, three Metro stations, the Prado, and El Retiro park were all a short walk away. Alessandro and Maria were so helpful throughout. They arranged a city plan and suggestions for places to visit, brought us four pillows when we asked for two, and even helped us get tickets to Toledo. That was especially useful in a place where not many people speak English. Next time I'm in Madrid, I'll book with Alma again.

Alma Suites is in an unbeatable spot, and both the cleanliness and the hosts' attention were great. A perfect stay in Madrid, absolutely recommended!

We loved our time in Madrid for the half marathon. Marta was thoughtful and kept in great communication, and the accommodation was ideally placed near little local shops as well as the city's best-known sights.

Maria was incredibly helpful, even arranging taxis with a car seat for the airport trip and the ride back to the apartment. She also shared tips for great restaurants and less well-known places around the city. She made sure our 1.5-year-old had a lovely crib and some toys to keep him busy. The apartment itself felt like home, with every comfort, and was in excellent shape, brand new and spotless. It was only a few minutes' walk from Madrid's main tourist sights. We stayed with our baby, and Maria, the owner, was fantastic.

Maria and Alessandro are lovely and always available if we need anything. We'll definitely return, thank you for everything. The apartment has been fully renovated, everything feels brand new, and it's impeccably clean. The heating is independent and keeps the temperature just right. The location is hard to beat, right downtown and two minutes on foot from three metro stops.
