Getting the keys and into the apartment was pretty chaotic for me. The base price is reasonable, but the extra €45 cleaning charge feels way out of proportion.

The apartment was a little on the small side, but otherwise things were fine. What bothered me most was the owners complaining about the condition we left it in, even though it was in good shape and we'd paid for cleaning.
