Apartamento en centro de Madrid by My City Home

I didn't end up staying, but dealing with the management was awful. I booked with free cancellation, then had to cancel within the allowed period because I couldn't make the trip. The booking terms said the accommodation had already charged the full amount, and after I cancelled I couldn't get hold of anyone to arrange a refund. I tried for days and filed a complaint. It took a month, but they finally returned the money. The apartment looked lovely in the photos, but I can't recommend them.
