The location is unbeatable, but €235 felt expensive given the problems in apartment 2F, which we booked on Booking.com for six nights. The kitchen was very basic, two towels were stained, and the safe was broken. They replaced the towels as soon as we complained. The bedroom closet drawers had no bottoms, so clothes fell through. When we showered, the bathtub flooded. A member of the cleaning staff gave us a plunger and said the issue had been going on for a long time.

I've stayed with them on other trips because the location is ideal and the rooms are comfortable and clean. This time, though, the shower was BROKEN. After I complained, someone came and said they'd fix it the next day. They didn't. Instead, they said that's just how that shower model works, as if a BROKEN shower was perfectly fine. Really disappointing for someone who comes back regularly.

The room was dated and not very well maintained, and the shower was small. It had a balcony, but it was cold, so we didn't use it. The place is central, though noisy, and the simple, accessible service made getting into the room easy.
