Apartamento Retiro II

It’s in a peaceful area, so I slept well, and the place was really comfortable for spending a few days. Everything felt new and looked lovely. It was clean the whole time, and communication with the person running it was easy and excellent.

A coworker happened to tell me about Rubén, so I decided to try a session. I could tell right away how much experience and knowledge he has. For the first time, someone has helped me understand my body structure and the pain I’ve been dealing with. I’m learning how my body is meant to move. It felt hard at first, but things are gradually starting to click. Rubén is a great professional, and I’m grateful I found him. I’ll keep going as long as I can. He’s become an essential part of my life.

Now I can do my 8k mountain walks and get home without pain. Rubén looked at the way I walk during our sessions, which made a big difference since I used to come back sore every time. I started with a shortened right psoas and severe lower back pain from sitting all day. After only a few sessions, he eased a lot of the tension in my muscles and helped my body adjust to a new posture. I’m so happy with the progress and highly recommend him.

Rubén has been a great find. He’s both a trainer and a physiotherapist, and he’s professional while still being really approachable. If pain is getting in the way of getting fit, he’s just what you need.
