Apartamentos G3 Galeón

Several guests were stuck outside and couldn't get in. The hotel's self-check-in machine was awful and couldn't find our reservation, while the online check-in system was unusable. There was nobody at reception, and no one answered after several calls. We waited at least 8 minutes on the line before someone finally picked up.

The sewage smell from the toilet was revolting. We reported it, and they came in without our permission and sprayed some cheap air freshener. Then they emailed me claiming they'd fixed the problem. Absolutely disgusting.

We had a great stay at Aparthotel G3. The apartment was clean, roomy, and well equipped, making it suitable for a short or long stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a quiet area with easy access to public transport. I'd definitely recommend it.

For over a year during 2020-2021, I stayed at G3 Galeon. It was a lovely, quiet place, and we loved our apartment. It was fully furnished and had all the utensils. Much later, we adopted a dog; we only asked management if pets were allowed after noticing other guests with pets, and they had no issue with it. They don't offer customer service like a conventional hotel, but if something goes wrong, you can tell them and they'll send someone right away to fix it. It really felt like our home in Madrid. It's not exactly in a touristy area, but it's a great area if you're looking to shop around.
