The staff member was very friendly and got us another room right away, but we’d come back from the city to find ours flooded, and my belongings were wet. The room had smelled of sewage before that. The location in central Madrid is very good, and the view from the top of the building is great.

Everything was as I expected and there were no problems. The only thing to know is that the heating is central, so you can’t adjust it from your room. It got too hot.

The room was tiny and the place was really uncomfortable. For the same price in the same area, you can find somewhere much better.

A good place for just one night. It works especially well if you’re coming to Madrid for something like a concert.

The rooms are really cheap, so don’t expect anything fancy. It’s fine if you’re in Madrid for a couple of nights.
