The apartment was spacious and had what we needed to cook a meal. The design is lovely, the staff are always ready to help, and the location is hard to beat. I just wish there were more outlets. Highly recommend it.

We paid the full amount up front, then they cancelled weeks later without giving any reason or even acknowledging what happened. We had a non-cancellation booking, but apparently that policy doesn't apply to them. Prices for other places have gone up since then, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'd give this zero stars if I could.

Weeks after accepting our booking and full payment, they cancelled the whole stay without an explanation. I had to find somewhere else at the last minute, which cost much more. The exchange rate had also shifted, so I lost money on the difference and the credit card charges. I'm still waiting for the refund, even though I've already paid for another place. Really disappointing, avoid.

The apartments are quirky and adorable, with really cool decor. I think each one is different, so I'd love to return. We booked the cheapest option and were very happy with it. Reception were lovely, though they aren't there all the time. They'll come in when you need to check in or need help. The location made the trip so easy. The Metro is a minute away and gets you around the city, while Sol and all the bars and dinner spots we went to were walkable. There’s a supermarket next door and loads of bakeries nearby. We were on a couples city break, but it would work for families or groups of friends too. It was much more fun than a chain hotel. I've only said I'd return to one other hotel before, so this is the second.
