My parents and I stayed in Apartment 1B in June 2024 and were very pleased. We hope to book it again next time we're in Madrid. My father usually avoids staying in the middle of big cities because of traffic, horns, and sirens, but this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. With the windows closed, we couldn't hear the street or the neighbors. The windows did a great job. There are two subway stops a short walk away, lots of places to eat and drink, and even a pharmacy right across the street. The only possible concern is that the air conditioning doesn't reach the second bedroom very well. It might have been an issue if we'd been there on hotter days.

The apartment felt like home, and I loved all the thoughtful details. It's perfectly located for exploring the city, with a Metro and bus stop nearby. Everything you need is just a few steps away.

We had no problems with the room or the service. It had a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared living area, and the receptionist handled our booking quickly. The location wasn't ideal for us: Madrid is a big city, the attractions are spread out, and we had to do a lot of walking and take the bus often. On the plus side, there's a good shopping and dining area nearby.

Our room was extremely clean and quiet, even though it was right off the main street. The Metro is only about three minutes away, and many Madrid sights are within walking distance. Before we arrived, the hotel checked our arrival time and invited us to let them know if anything was wrong. Whenever an issue came up during the stay, the staff came as soon as they could and helped with everything. I highly recommend Madrid Central Suites for a visit to central Madrid.

Malasaña is a great area, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The place is right in the heart of Madrid, with cozy rooms and a very international crowd. The staff were friendly and professional. We'll definitely come back!
