Mayumi, the manager, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and communicated clearly throughout. The apartment itself is stylish, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable feel. Its soundproofed windows keep things peaceful even in this lively neighborhood. Restaurants, cafes, and boutiques are all around, and major sights are easy to reach on foot, including the Prado, the Thyssen, Reina Sofia, El Retiro, and el mercado de Anton Martin. I highly highly recommend the Principe de las Letras for a memorable Madrid stay.

The gym and spa were extraordinary. The building is beautiful too, with elegant, high-end decor.

We loved the bedding and all the little details in the apartment. There was a sauna and a small gym with enough equipment for its size, plus an extra third toilet and a well-equipped laundry room. The apartment was gorgeous, with a great color scheme, a welcoming fragrance, two large full bathrooms, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, and very comfortable beds. Thanks for the bottles of white and red wine and all the bottled water in large glass bottles with the company’s logo. There were lots of wardrobes, including a walk-in in the main bedroom, and the hanging wardrobes had a pulley system so clothes could be lowered and pushed back up when not needed. The place was new, spacious, air-conditioned, and quiet thanks to the noise protection in the flat. The building, including the lift, was clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and we were amazed to use our fingers to get into both the building and the apartment. We kept joking, “Where’s your finger key?” The neighborhood was clean and lively, with lots of shops, and we felt safe coming back late after watching the late tennis tournament. Metro Anton Martin was about a two-minute walk around the corner. The team communicated efficiently and professionally. The Concierge team answered our questions promptly and were attentive throughout. Mayumi kindly let me check out later since my flight was later in the day. Special thanks to Mayumi and Abdul for all your help. You’re both darlings! As two ladies on holiday in Paris, we had a brilliant few nights here. The apartment had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, toaster, and modern microwave. The host was responsive, the Concierge team were amazing, and we’d definitely stay again.
