The room looked onto the inner courtyard, so it was wonderfully quiet at night and easy to rest. Uber pickup and drop-off were simple right by the entrance, and the location is close enough to walk to many attractions. Before we arrived, the host sent all the details on WhatsApp. Roberto was friendly and helpful, and made both check-in and checkout go smoothly.

Roberto made the stay feel exceptional. If you want to be welcomed and treated like family, stay here. There are three flights of stairs, but Robert carried my luggage! The room and bathroom were comfortable, getting in was easy, and the location is ideal. The Centro Histórico sights are easy to reach on foot, with groceries and restaurants nearby. You’re between El Prado and Palacio Real. What could be better?

A small, clean hostel with smart decor, kind and hospitable staff, and a great spot in Madrid. The room is little, but worth the price. Happy we found it.

Roberto made us feel very welcome and was a huge help, including with our luggage and arranging an airport transfer for our last day. The location is hard to beat, with cafes and restaurants close by and most sights, including the Prado museum, within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, decorated with cute, whimsical touches. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The neighborhood feels safe and is lovely, right in the middle of everything. The managers are wonderfully helpful, and some days there were little extras left in the room. Everything worked, including the good, quiet air conditioning, which matters in a hot city. The rooms are in a charming old building on the third floor, with no elevator. For breakfast, you can buy a voucher at the hotel and choose from three nearby restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again when I’m in Madrid and need a special place to sleep.
