The room was clean and looked good, and I had no problems at all. The location is very convenient, close to the train station. There was a mini breakfast for 14 euros and a coffee machine, and the reception staff were polite and attentive. I requested a crib in my booking on booking com, and it was already in the room when I arrived, without me needing to remind anyone. After a nightmare experience at an airport ibis hotel, this was a completely different level of service. I'm impressed, and glad to know Madrid can offer good service. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are small and basic, but they have what you need, and the place feels cozy. What stood out most was the service: the staff were super friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed. One of my best European travel experiences. Strongly recommend.

We loved Madrid, and the hotel too. It was quiet and warm, with kind, helpful staff at reception. The location is great, and the city centre is an easy walk away. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were only there overnight before our flight, but really liked the place. It was secure and clean, the service at the door was great, and the coffee was good. It was quiet, just right for resting before a long day of travel. Highly recommend.

The location made it easy to reach lots of attractions in a safe area, close to Atocha Station, Retiro Park, and the Rastro flea market. It's a no-frills hotel, with comfortable beds and a healthy breakfast, and we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the staff. Muchas gracias to everyone, especially María, for the memorable hospitality and local tips. If you're a light sleeper, sound carries easily between rooms, pero just bring earplugs!
