Autentic Boutique Moncloa

The room was clean and in a nice spot, but the walls let through so much noise. When someone in another room ran the shower or even just the bathroom water, it sounded like they were right there in my room.

The room itself was clean, the food was tasty, and the location was great. My girlfriend was really happy with the stay until we saw the toilet door. Why make it transparent, especially with that obvious gap between the door and the hallway? You can see both of us through it, and I don't mean just the hole you might be imagining. Please change those doors and spare other couples the damage to their privacy and romance.

I'd happily stay here again. The rooms are roomy, and the cleaning staff were warm and helpful. It's not right in the center, but there's a metro station close by. There isn't a regular reception desk. You get an entry code by email, and staff are available whenever you need help or have a question.

We spent two nights here in December 2025, and left disappointed. Our room was fine, but the check-in system failed and no access codes arrived. A very friendly cleaner was the only person who managed to help us. The TV only offered streaming services, with no basic channels, and its instructions were in French. Lots of tech, but not much actual service.
