There was even a crack in the sink in bathroom nr 2. The main reason I wanted to stay here for a long time was to feel welcome and part of the family, and I had one simple, special request: a printed picture of the movie groundhog day on my bed when I arrived. They said no, and it broke my heart. This was a really bad place. They’re mean and don’t care about you. Never go here.

The location is the only good part. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, and after checkout at 11 am they made us leave the common areas, saying they were only for guests. If your flight is in the evening, you can’t even stay inside after checkout.

Our neighbors were noisy, chatting in their room at 2 am and letting their alarms ring for half an hour without snoozing them. We also had 100 euros stolen from our locker. When we left our luggage in storage, my friend’s suitcase lock was broken. Staff said no one could enter the room without their supervision, but they couldn’t resolve it, so we had to travel with a broken suitcase. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was too slow and the lockers were too small. We were only there for three nights, but had all these problems. I’d strongly discourage anyone from staying unless they want to sleep hugging their belongings.

The room was freezing, the bunk beds made a lot of noise, and you could hear the creaky floors throughout the rooms. The blankets looked old and weren’t washed between guests, just refolded and left on the beds. Staff would come clean at 8 am while you were sleeping. Showers were worse: no wall fixture for the hose, barely warm water, and almost no pressure, just a trickle from the shower head. There were only two washrooms for each gender. Breakfast was just toast. They charged for everything, including use of the common areas before or after checkout and luggage storage after checkout. Wi-Fi only worked in the common lounge, not in the rooms. This place isn’t worth the money.
