Best Osuna Madrid Feria

The free airport shuttle doesn't run early enough for everyone, since the first one is at 6:30am. The hotel is close to the airport, which is handy. Some staff were really nice and helpful, though others could do better. I wasn't told complimentary coffee was only available before 10:30. When I asked at 11:45, they refused to serve it for free and charged me instead. It wasn't a major issue, but after paying for four nights, something that small can make a difference. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet had excellent food and generous portions, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. From the breakfast area, we had an incredible view of the sunrise. The two of us also had a huge bed with plenty of pillows, which is an absolute requirement for me. At around 20 minutes from the airport, the price is incredible. There's a free shuttle for early flights, too. We'll definitely stay here again!

We had a good experience at this nice hotel in a very quiet part of the city. The staff were professional, and breakfast had a good variety. The nearest metro is 500m away, but the city bus stops right at the hotel, so it's easy to combine the two. The metro card works on the bus as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's even a free shuttle to the airport. The place is well located and has resort-like surroundings. Breakfast was good, though I would've liked a bit more variety, but that was a secondary thing for me. Thanks for having me. I'll definitely come back and recommend it.
