The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and there was air conditioning, a fridge, and always hot water in the shower. It’s in a perfect spot for exploring central Madrid, and the stay was surprisingly quiet and quite comfortable, a step above a hostel. Finding the entrance on the street wasn’t obvious, especially at night, because there are several signs. It also seems that part of the building is a hostel and part is a hotel.

The staff were friendly, and Room # 5 was large, clean, and had a terrace. The hostel is centrally located, close to nice places for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Sound insulation between rooms could be better, and the bathroom was really small.

Maria looked after me so well, like having a sister in Madrid. It was a great stay at bloom hotel, with spotless rooms, friendly staff, and a central location. The price was reasonable too. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The receptionists were kind and helpful, and the room was really clean. Having champagne and water in the fridge was a nice extra. The location right in central Madrid couldn’t have worked better.

We were especially grateful to the friendly, helpful staff, particularly the Venezuelan man who arranged an extra bed for our third guest. The place is in a great spot, with the main street and shopping malls close by. We stayed in the fourth flat, which had a private balcony where we could enjoy a drink. A few plants out there would make it look even nicer. I’d rate this hostel five stars and definitely recommend it.
