Breakfast was one of the best parts of our seven days at Blume. We also had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and laundry service, which made the apartment really practical. It felt like home, and everything was clean and looked after. Fresh sheets and towels were changed regularly, and the reception team was attentive and helpful. A great Madrid stay, highly recommended.

The breakfasts were varied, tasty and nutritious, and gave us a good start each day. Our staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout the three nights. The suite was comfortable and well equipped, and they made clever use of the space. Even though Blume Cruz Suites is right in the middle of everything, the room felt restful. Two sets of soundproof glass doors opened onto a small balcony, and with them shut, it stayed quiet. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and would come back and recommend it to other travelers.

Being able to explore Madrid on foot from this spot was great. The apartment was modern and very clean, and much quieter than I expected for such a central location. Staff were friendly, and the whole stay felt easy and well organized. We had a great time and would recommend it.

The location is excellent, with all the interesting sites within a 30-minute walk. A taxi to the airport takes about 30 minutes and has a fixed €33 fare. We loved Blume Cruz Suites. Our studio was clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I emailed before arriving and got a quick reply.

Finding champagne and fruit in the apartment on New Year's Eve was such a thoughtful touch, and we were even given a magnet as a parting gift. We stayed in a superior apartment, and the cleanliness, facilities and friendly staff were all better than we expected. It had everything we needed.
