The room is pleasant and comes with a lot of nice amenities, like yoga and a water bottle. But I lost three hours dealing with a disastrous check-in, and my room on the main road was pretty noisy. I’d take a smooth arrival over all those extras. If they improve how they respond when problems come up, I could recommend this place.

The window had a great view, and the rooms have kitchen appliances. This is a lively city center that never stops, but it doesn’t feel as completely touristy as the area around Sol. Shopping is excellent: Decathlon is in the same building, and lots of good shops and boutiques are just steps away.

The room had a spacious bed and a nice view, plus a kitchen and help available with the facilities. The staff were friendly and easy to approach. I would have liked more room, especially for a longer stay. Our room code didn’t work, so we had to use a key.

I felt safe coming and going, and the surrounding area felt safe too. We didn’t have any outside noise problems, even though earplugs were provided, and I never needed them. The free gym across the street had everything I needed for strength training. There’s also a free washing machine and a fully equipped shared kitchen, as well as the one in your room. The tote bag for carrying your things during the stay was useful, and the online pre-arrival check-in was easy and saved hassle. One of the nicest, cleanest and best hotels I’ve stayed in. Can’t recommend it enough, a perfect Madrid stay.
