Every landmark was within walking distance, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidied every day. They also left drinking water, coffee, tea and biscuits in the room daily. The prices were reasonable, and the room had a steam iron, hairdryer, fridge and the best TV we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The bathroom was spacious, with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

I was there for three nights. At 4 AM on the first night, a neon spotlight suddenly came on in my room and woke me. Reception had no explanation when I reported it. The manager also refused my request for a refund for that night, saying they don’t refund this kind of issue. I’d avoid this place and stay somewhere else in Madrid.

For a single night, it’s fine as somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer holiday. The rooms are basic and rather dark, and the hotel feels a bit worn. If you want a more pleasant, attractive stay, paying around €50 more per night for another hotel could make a big difference to comfort and enjoyment.

We stayed at this branch during Christmas week in 2025 and were extremely happy with it. The hotel is very comfortable, the service is amazing, and the receptionists are both professional and friendly. Its location is convenient, close to the center and in a safe area.

To me, a good hotel depends on the people providing the service as much as the physical surroundings. Ahmet Bey was excellent, especially in how he communicated. His reception service was great, and he was ready to help straight away, 24/7.
