Calido Valdebebas

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I found the stay very pleasant. My apartment had a balcony and was roomy, modern, and fitted with all the conveniences: a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The building was brand new, from November 2025. There are plenty of facilities in the complex, including a well-equipped gym, a padel court, a rooftop with comfortable loungers, and a small pool. Valdebebas is a new, rapidly developing neighborhood without the city-center bustle, which I really liked. In a five-minute walk, I could reach a large supermarket, cozy coffee shops, and several restaurants that were both more affordable and better quality than those downtown. It was a convenient base for me. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away, and two stops, around 10 minutes, take you to Chamartín, a major train station. From there, high-speed trains make day trips to Segovia, Ávila, and Salamanca quick. Reaching the city center takes about 50 minutes, though the metro connections are excellent.

The team made sure I was looked after throughout the stay. They were welcoming, friendly, and charming, and always responsive and ready to help with a smile. Thanks especially to Fanny for managing things so well and putting together such a great team. From booking through check-out, everything was smooth and flexible. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and fully set up for work or relaxing. Shops were nearby, and public transport made it easy to get to both the city center and airport. It felt like a home away from home, and was one of the most comfortable and convenient places I've stayed. I'd return and recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient, stress-free place to stay.

The management team were conscientious and responsible, and I’m very thankful for how they handled my iPad after I accidentally left it at the hotel. They kept it safe and patiently helped arrange express delivery quickly and efficiently. The information on it is very important to me. The room was clean and tidy, the surroundings were lovely, and it was a very comfortable stay.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location and how close it is to the airport. The room was clean and more than enough for a one-night stay, and the staff were friendly, patient, and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
