The spa is smaller than the ones at other hotels and has fewer amenities. I enjoyed the massage with Bianca, though it was 10 minutes short. We stayed twice this month, first for 4 nights and then a week later for 2. Both stays were fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful. The bellhop was on top of everything, from handling our luggage when we arrived to looking up cars for departure and helping us out. Victoria, who worked in the restaurant during the early part of the day, was another standout. She always made us feel comfortable, especially our toddler. She’s a ray of sunshine and a real gem, and they’re lucky to have her. For our second visit we got a larger corner room, and it was so worth it. It had Four Seasons vibes without the price. The location is beautiful, and I’d definitely stay again.

The staff made our four-day sightseeing trip feel special. They were kind, attentive, and professional in a way that felt natural. Our room was tidied every day, and the mini bar had drinks and snacks at surprisingly affordable prices. Each evening there were chocolates, and a few times we also got a sweet note or a small gift, like a box of chocolates or a lavender sachet. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of great sights, restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. It’s also close to the metro, with taxis right outside. Madrid is a beautiful, fun, and easy city to visit. This would suit any kind of trip. I’ve stayed at other Marriott properties in Europe and wasn’t as impressed, for example at the Courtyard Marriott at Gare de Lyon, Paris. This hotel is on another level for beauty and service.

Right in the middle of Madrid, the JW Marriott Hotel Madrid makes it easy to explore the main sights on foot. It feels very safe, and the staff are personable and attentive, clearly committed to good service. The rooms have modern conveniences while keeping a refined, classic look. A lovely mix of old-world service and modern comfort, and a terrific choice for a convenient, comfortable stay.

The team made the place feel like home from the moment I arrived. The welcome was personal, gracious, and truly heartfelt. It’s a beautiful property with impeccable service from people who clearly care. Thank you to the staff for a memorable stay. This is one of the best Bonvoy welcoming assets, and I look forward to coming back.

The hotel’s signature scent has stayed in my memory for months. I also loved the view from the balcony, which looks partly onto Four Seasons Madrid hotel. Sorry to mention the competition, but it doesn’t change my review. The room blended traditional charm with modern comfort and polished simplicity. The spacious, minimalist bathroom felt as if it had been carved from an immense block, which gave it a really unique feel. If you want a place that’s an emblem of quiet luxury, this is it.
