Total scam! We paid for 9 nights, but when we arrived, the owner refused to give us a key or let us in. He pretended not to speak English and then hung up. We went to the business address, which was his house, and he wouldn’t answer the door or hand over the key. We were left stranded!

Stay away from this place. The management is poor, and they’re big cheaters. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment itself was good, and having basement parking was useful. My concern is the €150 deposit, which wasn’t mentioned on the reservation site. I’d like that listing corrected. I’ll raise my rating to three stars once my money is returned.

The flat was spotless, with a TV, kitchen equipment, a fridge, washing machine and lift. There are small shops and a supermarket nearby, and the subway station is close too. Three days before we arrived, the manager asked for a €150 deposit plus €50 upfront for cleaning and key collection. They said they might cancel the booking if I didn’t pay at least €50 in advance by card. The deposit did come back without any trouble, two days after I returned.

I would never book this place again. The sheets had blood stains, and the apartment didn’t seem clean. We paid €159 for the stay and a €150 deposit, all in cash, but weren’t given any receipt. They said Booking.com would send one. Although the terms said the deposit was due back at checkout, they wouldn’t return it until after January. We only got it after threatening to report them and the booking platform to the police. They kept making excuses about being busy and the apartment being overcrowded. If you go, don’t count on getting the deposit back unless you keep insisting.
