Sun is amazing, and the people are beautiful. Great prices and nice food too. Best place in Madrid for tapas!

This is one of Madrid’s oldest subway stations. With all those steps up to the surface, it really needs some changes, like an elevator to make it wheelchair accessible.

There are bargains to be found at this lively market. My friend got a really good second-hand leather jacket for 15 euros, and there are musicians playing, which adds to the atmosphere. We went on Sunday afternoon and had fun exploring. It’s a great place to pick up souvenirs and things like that.

Everything you need is here, with a cinema, cafes, bars, a disco and bookshops. It gets crowded, but nights are calm. A great place, and I’d recommend it for most needs.
