Charming Apartment In The Heart Of Madrid

Our vacation was ruined. We were frightened and worried about someone getting in for the rest of our stay. On March 30, 2026, my family and I checked into this apartment, and that evening we were robbed. We were on the 4th floor. Someone most likely came in using their own key or through a window. We went out for a walk for exactly one hour after dinner. When we got back, everything looked normal, and we might not have noticed anything missing if I hadn’t gone to get money while we were booking tickets. All the cash we’d hidden in various locked places in the bedroom was gone, down to the last kopeck, which had been left scattered on the nightstand. Some personal items were missing too. We called the police and the landlady, then spent the morning at the station filing reports. Nobody tried to help or even work out how it could have happened. The landlady’s confused statements made us suspect she might have been involved. Take care, and don’t choose this apartment under any circumstances.
