We wouldn’t return. The design and furniture were nice, and there’s a direct metro connection to the city centre. But the cleanliness really needed work: stains on the decorative bed pillow, couch, and walls by the bed felt uncomfortable and quite disgusting. We could hear the neighbors and all the outside noise, including the trash car at 12 AM, partygoers, and people screaming in the street. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest either. The shower was a nightmare to set, as moving it just half a centimetre could take the water from cold to super hot. We also saw more than 10 ants in the living room/kitchen.

I couldn’t stay because check-in was terrible, and there was no refund. They hadn’t sent the promised instructions, so I had to call and ask. The passport website failed when I tried to take a photo, upload the document, or enter the details manually. They then asked me to email my passport information to support, but by that point I was too frustrated and declined. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A very nice, clean apartment, with a supermarket right downstairs and lots of little shops around.

The apartment itself was fine, but dealing with their check-in system and guest management was awful. I had to submit my details twice because the first attempt wasn't saved. Then, when I arrived, I couldn't get in. After I finally entered the private apartment, I found another guest had been assigned the same place and could open it with their access codes. A maintenance worker also tried to come in during my stay, saying a repair had been scheduled. The people were friendly, but customer service over WhatsApp and by phone was extremely poor.
