I spent three nights in room 404 and was really impressed. The queen bed was enormous, taking up most of the floor, but that didn't bother me. The bathroom was spacious, with a roomy shower, solid water pressure and a rainfall head. There was also a large TV with Chromecast, which was great for YouTube. Check in service was excellent, everything was clean and tidy, and I had no issues.

The place was very clean and the room had a good amount of space. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. It's a good choice if you're using transit, with plenty of buses and a metro station down the street. Jorge, I believe, works late nights and early mornings, and he was the standout for me: professional, fun and really informative. He deserves a promotion. I didn't get to try the bar, but it looked busy throughout the day, so I assume it's good.

The room was roomy, comfortable and spotless, a nice place to unwind after long travel days. Service was strong throughout our stay, and the staff were responsive, attentive and ready to help. Carol stood out most. She gave us personal recommendations and made us feel welcome with a warm, genuine manner. She went beyond what she had to do to make the stay memorable. She's our favorite employee and a real asset to the hotel. We highly recommend it for the service, comfortable rooms and staff, and hope to stay again.

The room was practical and extremely clean, and the nearest metro stop is only a short walk away, which made getting around easy. After a long journey, the smiles and kindness of the check-in staff were just what we needed. The man who checked us in was very professional, kept smiling and answered all our questions without showing any irritation. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Madrid.

Since checking in last Friday, Pavel at the front desk has given me really personal, attentive service. He notices the details of what I need to get around Madrid and the nearby areas. He's exceptional! William Tse
