Dear Hotel Madrid

The breakfast was delicious, and Mateo made it even better by being so attentive and welcoming. His smile and manner were a lovely way to start the day. Everyone at Dear Hotel was cheerful and kind, and Gianmarco was especially nice when I arrived. My clean room had a beautiful view and felt just right. I hadn't stayed in this part of Madrid before, but the location is great: Gran Vía is right there, while the hotel is far enough from the busiest part that I slept well. I felt at home from the start. I've recommended Dear Hotel to my friends and will keep doing so.

The staff at the desk were always friendly and quick to help. I loved the balcony and its panoramic city views, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a rain shower head. The room was very comfortable, with a huge bed. Dear Hotel is right outside a metro stop, so getting around Madrid was easy. Very happy with it.

After my long flight, the staff greeted me in my own language and gave me an upgraded room with an incredible view without me asking. When I checked out, I wanted to leave my luggage while I explored before my flight, and Beatriz at the front desk offered to put it in storage before I even had to ask. The service was excellent from start to finish. I can't recommend the hotel and staff enough. If you're looking for somewhere central in Madrid, stay here. You won't regret it.

Maria in the breakfast area was especially kind and helpful, and gave us great suggestions for events and places to see. The whole staff were warm, professional, and welcoming, which really made the stay special. The breakfast had an excellent range of options, and the rooftop pool, though small, was a nice place to relax. I stayed at Dear Hotel Madrid with my two teenage daughters. Madrid was an amazing city for art, entertainment, and high-end fashion shopping, and the hotel was right in the center, so it was easy to get everywhere. We had a wonderful trip and will certainly return.
