The rooms are clean and tidy, and this was the best price we found in Madrid. The hotel is close to the main street, with anything you might need nearby. The staff are friendly, understanding, and happy to help, and they speak very good English. Nothing more you could ask for for a good stay.

Very nice hotel, with clean rooms and perfect service. Receptionist Luciano was very available to help with customers' requests. Thank you.

The room doors were very noisy and slammed a lot at night, which added to an already poor experience. Both rooms had a serious smell problem. One smelled of smoke, and I was told they don't separate smoking and non-smoking rooms. The other smelled of solvent and toilet. The breakfast was a joke, too. See the picture.

I had an amazing experience, and the staff work really hard. Carlos went out of his way to help me with transport directions and my football tickets. I'm sending two of my employees to Madrid for a well-deserved holiday, and they'll be staying at H DI CARLO 👍👍👍👍👍
