This is a badly run, dirty hostel. The location is good, though. When we arrived after walking from the train with our bags, nobody from the hostel was there, so we had to lug everything around that day. More often than not, there's no one at the front desk, and when we did find someone, they gave us a keycard for the room and a small key for a flimsy-looking storage locker. We put away our bags and ate in the little kitchen, then couldn't get back into our room with the card. No one was at reception to help, and other people had arrived with no one at the front door to check them in. We all had to help each other. A couple of people managed to get their cards working, but some waited over an hour to check in. It feels like basic maintenance hasn't been done in a long time. The mattress on our two-person bed sagged in the middle, and the support leg was bent, though that's an easy fix. There was no top sheet, only a fleece blanket. You have to rent a towel to shower. The worst lodging experience ever.
