In my not-so-humble opinion, it's the prettiest building in Madrid. It was originally designed to house veterans and military personnel.

Fernando Higueras designed this magnificent space, bringing nature into the heart of Madrid. He also developed two city blocks, with a street running between the buildings. The architecture is magnificent, and this is surely one of Madrid's finest buildings from the second half of the 20th century.
