Do not book here. They completely ghosted us on VRBO and sent no check-in information. The number VRBO gave us didn't exist, and neither did the number listed on this Google business page. We had to spend another $600 to book somewhere else at the last minute.

The staff were outstanding and spoke English. They helped us plan our time around the city, and we'll definitely stay here again when we visit Madrid. It's right in old Madrid, very close to Palacio Real and Plaza Mayor. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with Greek-style decor.

The hotel cancelled our booking without telling me. I only found out when I tried to upgrade the room before our stay, after several calls, emails and even a WhatsApp message went unanswered. I noticed the booking had been cancelled. If I hadn't caught it two weeks before the trip, we'd have arrived in Madrid with nowhere to stay. Appalling customer service.

A strange hotel and not easy to find. You get up some steps or take a tiny lift. The first room wasn't great, with the toilet in a cupboard, which my partner hated. They moved us to a better room, though, and I liked the place overall.

The rooms are spacious and the views are lovely. Everyone working here was so kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
