There are lots of nice cafés nearby, and the room I booked was very spacious, with a full glass front looking out onto the street. The bathroom was a little small.

It’s not close to the historic area or downtown, but a 15-20 minute taxi ride gets you there. I’d stay again for the service alone. Andre went above and beyond, Wilbur made check-in quick and smooth, and they took care of the small room fixes straight away.

We had a great stay, and I thought the hotel was very good. The metro connections around Madrid are really good from here, so I’d recommend this place to anyone!

2/10
The second room had more space and was in better shape, but the air conditioning and heating smelled of mold. In the first room, there were bug traps, rotten mouldings, and air conditioning that barely worked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve stayed here before over the past three years, and it just keeps getting worse.

The staff were lovely, and the room was clean and nice. A really pleasant hotel.
