Getting around was easy, with Templo De Debod under five minutes away on foot, the Royal Palace about ten minutes away, and Gran Via shops just around the corner. Airport taxis were easy to find too, with a fixed fare of 33 Euros each way. We stayed three nights, two adults and two teens, in a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Towels and linens were supplied, along with a little basket of laundry, dish and bath soap. The apartment was great and the customer service was too. Check-in is self-service since there’s no front desk, but it was simple, and there’s an elevator to every floor.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and drawers. It matched the booking.com photos exactly. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook, and check-in was easy. Staff replied quickly online. For the price, it was very good, and the location was great: within five minutes there were at least three metro lines, a bus stop, two pharmacies, restaurants, a cafeteria, a supermarket, and Gran Via with all its shops.

I spent six months in one of their short-stay apartments, and it was easily the best rental experience I’ve had in four years living in Madrid. The apartments are lovely and cozy, with everything you need. The people are kind, efficient, and quick to respond, and the customer service is great. I highly recommend the company and its apartments.

The apartment itself was alright, but the cot we’d booked for our baby never showed up on arrival, even though we’d asked twice for confirmation. I called management at 18:00, and they said it would come at 21:00. Half an hour after that time, I called again and was told to wait another 20 minutes. That kept happening in a frustrating loop, with us calling and being told to wait again. After who knows how many calls, it finally arrived at midnight. We did get the first night refunded, but only after a lot of complaining. The service really needs work.
