The location isn’t right in the center, but buses and the metro connect it well, and it’s not far from the airport. We only stayed one night, and everything went smoothly; they even let us check in early. The apartment was clean and had the basic kitchen gear, and the bed was comfortable. The interior gets plenty of light, but the curtains can block it out. The bathroom is small, and in apartment 33 the shower seemed to drain slowly. The TV placement in the bedroom wasn’t ideal, though it wasn’t a big deal.

The place itself was fairly nice, but the counter staff made the stay awful. She was rude, didn’t even greet us, and acted as if being there was a chore. She didn’t know how anything in the complex worked, including the Wi-Fi or the scooters outside. After checkout, my wife needed the bathroom, but the staff member wouldn’t let us use the lobby one because she said it was only for hotel staff. Really dismissive service.

The rooms are modern and thoughtfully designed, with all the equipment we needed, and the location is quiet and convenient. We had trouble with the shower draining and it wasn’t fixed during our four-night stay. You can hear the neighbors through the walls. I’d still recommend it and plan to come back.

The front desk staff were great. The location was good if being close to the city center isn’t important to you. One annoyance: several lights in the room respond to motion, and turning over in bed set them off. I couldn’t find a way to disable them. Might not bother you if you’re a deep sleeper.
