The place is very clean, and the location is OK, though it’s not great for using the metro. Remember it’s a budget friendly property, so the room is very small and there’s basically nothing else to offer. The A/C is set to 20 degrees, so this won’t suit you if you like a cool room.

The staff were polite and friendly, and I heard them speaking both English and Spanish. The hotel itself feels very modern and clean, like it’s new or has been remodeled. Nothing negative really stood out, and the slightly quirky bathroom door wouldn’t stop me coming back. For about $125 per night, it was great value. The location isn’t bad either, with some Madrid landmarks 10-15 minutes away on foot, a Metro station on the next block that can take you around the city, and an Aldi supermarket a block away.

The reception team were especially kind and upgraded our room, which made the stay even better. I’m a Gold member. The staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly and always ready to help make us comfortable. It’s an excellent hotel that’s currently changing from a hostel into a Four Points Flex by Sheraton, and you can already see the improvements. Highly recommended!

Great location, friendly staff, and super clean. A good choice for a short stay since the rooms aren’t big.

Breakfast was simple, but perfectly good, and the hotel was clean. Getting around from there was easy too.
