We went into inexspen and Ricky gave us a warm welcome. Renalyn brought our drinks and suggested places to visit the next day. Service was quick and really friendly, and Venture was clean. They even gave us popcorn with our drinks. Great music, lovely atmosphere, and GREAT staff. I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

Maria deserves a special thank you for being so kind and professional. Her smile, helpfulness, and attention to detail made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable, and left a lovely impression. Alba also gave us helpful, good service, and I appreciate the hotel management and the whole team. My stay at the hotel was excellent in every way.

The staff were consistently kind and professional, and I don't blame them for the rules they have to enforce. But as a paying guest, especially at a rate that isn't cheap in low season, I was surprised by how restricted things felt. The restaurant has no kitchen, and guests can't eat their own food there. It also often hosts events, and if you're not attending, you may be asked to leave even if you're staying at the hostel. In the morning, access to a table seems to depend on buying breakfast. Without it, you may not sit at a table before 10 a.m., so working there means paying extra. The jacuzzi was also unavailable in low season. Paying a relatively high rate off-season, with no jacuzzi, nowhere to eat your own food, and no guaranteed table to work at unless you buy breakfast, makes the idea of common space feel pretty conditional. The staff are doing their best, but the system seems more focused on add-ons and events than on making the stay comfortable for guests who need a place to stay and work.

Breakfast was a delicious way to start each day, with lots of food and drinks to choose from. Amalia was so helpful, quickly bringing more dishes and replacing anything that had run out. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the place, and I'd highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay.
