You’re mostly paying for the nice neighborhood here. It does the job for a night or two, but there’s not much beyond that. I’ve stayed several times, and the portable AC unit has had problems every time. Especially in summer, check that it’s working.

The location and room size were both good, and mine faced the road, so the views were great. That road is a main one, though, and it was really noisy. Comfort was average: dated decor, a poorly stocked kitchenette, and an uncomfortable bed. There was no room cleaning or fresh towels on weekends, and the TV only had a couple of bad channels. WiFi cost extra, and although the receptionists were there around the clock, they seemed to serve the residents rather than the apartment guests. The cafe farther down the road next door was a lifesaver for breakfast and meals.

It’s in a very safe area, close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the METRO. The beds, though, feel like they’ve been drying out since 1931 and need bringing back to life.

The location was great, and the room had a nice kitchen and bathroom. The beds were terrible, and the laundry washer was a disaster. At least the elevator was quick.

The location is good, but the value isn’t. The decor is old and some things are broken. Worse, the hotel was full of call girls. On my first afternoon, noise from the room next door kept me from getting work done.
