Christian's hospitality made our Madrid visit that much more wonderful. He was helpful before, during, and after our stay. The apartment/hotel was comfortable too, even with me sleeping on the pull out couch. It's only a few doors up from Gran Via. Thanks, Christian!

The location was excellent, close to everything, and the staff were friendly. We had a clean, nicely decorated apartment and a very comfortable bed. There wasn't much natural light, the WiFi was very slow, and the shower pressure could've been stronger. Still, it was a decent stay.

We had plenty of space and good facilities, and especially liked having tea and coffee making amenities. The place was quiet overnight and very comfortable, while still being close to everything. Our hosts went above and beyond to make the stay convenient and enjoyable.

Checking in and out was smooth, with efficient communication that made things hassle-free. A few bathroom towels were worn and could use replacing, but that was the only small downside. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, and we were very comfortable there. Arenal Suites is right in central Madrid, with easy access to the major attractions. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Arenal Suites to anyone visiting Madrid.

The room I was given had very little natural light and looked onto a courtyard (?) facing other apartments. Even so, this was great value for a spacious, well furnished modern apartment in such a good location. It had a kitchen and washing machine, and was just a few minutes' walk from Santi Domingo and Callao metro stations. The host sent me videos showing how to get in before I arrived, which was great. It was quiet, though I could hear some guests coming and going. Location, location, location!
