The rooftop views were the best part, and the location was excellent. Breakfast had lots of variety, and housekeeping kept the room looking lovely and clean every day. The hotel itself was very clean, too. Jorge was fantastic at check-in, and later found me a scale so I could weigh my packed luggage. At checkout, the male attendant, whose name I can’t remember, was very attentive and helped me several times with my luggage outside to the transportation. Awesome hotel and service!

The rooftop cocktails cost a bit much, but the city views made them feel worth it. We stayed last December and only just realized we hadn’t left a review. The H10 standards were as high as usual: a warm welcome with cava, stylish and comfortable rooms, lovely bathrooms, and a great location.

We enjoyed the cozy cafe/bar each day, and there were chocolates waiting on the bed. The staff and service were fantastic, and the hotel is beautiful and well located. They served cava when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was closed for construction, but we didn’t mind. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The rooftop was a really nice experience. We asked questions out of curiosity, and the attendant was happy to share details about the food and ingredients, as well as the wine, its grapes, and flavors. Housekeeping has been attentive, too. We’re having a wonderful time at the H10, both here at the property and in Madrid. The rooms and common areas are clean, and the staff are attentive and absolutely friendly. So far, 10 out of 10. Keep it up, our stay isn’t over yet!

The twin room was great, with plenty of useful amenities like an iron, coffee machine, and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked the modern decor. It’s in a great spot close to the Metro, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.
