No, no, and no! The room looked nothing like the pictures and didn't even have a window. Hot water took ages to come through. The walls were so thin I could hear exactly what my roommates were saying. Everything felt old and neglected, and nobody there speaks English.

The mattress was noticeably good. Everything else was just as expected, with no surprises.

The location is great, but there was only one light in the room, and the outlets were too far away. I had to leave the windows open for airflow, which meant giving up most of my privacy. There's no air conditioning, so in summer you'll be sweating. Guests talked loudly for much of the night, with nobody keeping the noise down. It felt too pricey for what the place offers.

I came from Barcelona and stayed for two nights. Before going out, I asked for my room to be cleaned, but when I came back it hadn't been. I booked a family couple room, but got a room with two single beds instead. I let that go, but the hotel's response to customers wasn't good. Welcome to Barcelona, then you'll see how people in Barcelona respond. Very bad hotel.

The staff were welcoming, and the location is perfect. My room was extremely small, with a window looking into the building, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're even a little claustrophobic.
