The receptionist was so kind and helpful, and I'd definitely stay here again next time. My family and I had two rooms, and everything was awesome. It's very clean and close to Puerta de Sol, with plenty of restaurants around the hotel for whatever you feel like eating. I recommend it 100%!

The friendly staff were always ready to help and offer recommendations, and the hostel felt safe and welcoming even with our young kids. It was well maintained and peaceful at night. Our clean, comfortable rooms had air conditioning, a real blessing in the July heat. Hostal Bianco is only a short walk from Puerta del Sol, with major sights, restaurants and shops close by. It made a perfect base for our family holiday in Madrid, and we'd happily return. Highly recommended for families wanting comfort, convenience and good value in the city centre.

The rooms were clean and the location was good, but I wouldn't choose this place with small children or if you have a disability. The elevator is too small for a baby stroller.

There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the location is great. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Amazing hotel!

I had a perfect stay with my two teenage daughters. The small room was cozy and clean, the staff were lovely and flexible, and the location was very central.
